If we dismiss anything that suggests aspirational standards for teachers as unreasonable then we&#039;re in real trouble. In any case, like it or not, our reputational standing is real in any context and we&#039;re better off knowing this and using it to our advantage than relying on exam outcomes and snap-shot lesson observations.]]></description>
